Jaguars sign Rashad Greene

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jaguars signed their fifth-round pick Rashad Greene today. For Greene it's a dream come true.

"I dreamed about it as a kid to be part of an NFL team," Greene said. "Today just made it official. It's a chance to work and get better to where I'm trying to go."

That leaves the Jaguars with  only two unsigned draft picks in T.J. Yeldon (2nd round) and A.J. Cann (third round).

Greene left Florida State as the all-time leading receiver with a school record 270 catches in 51 games. Greene had 29 touchdown receptions in his four years at FSU.

Greene and the Jaguars begin OTA's (organized team activities) May 26. Greene is ready to get on the field.

"I'm glad the process is over with. It's about playing football and that's the real thing. You get a chance to do what you really love."
