Shuttle from Downtown Jacksonville
The city of Jacksonville will provide shuttles from downtown-area hotels to TPC Sawgrass for The Players from Wednesday through Sunday of tournament week. Shuttles from the Hyatt, Omni, Crowne Plaza and Wyndham will be available to hotel guests, but also open for residents to "park and ride," providing a convenient and cost-effective way for fans to get to and from the tournament.
Shuttles will operate Wednesday through Sunday, leaving the hotels at 8 a.m., 9:30, 11 and 12:30 p.m. Shuttles will return to the hotels each day leaving TPC Sawgrass at 2, 3:30, 5 and 6:30 p.m.
Fans can access the shuttles by purchasing a shuttle pass at the hotel front desks for $10.
The Players is also streamlining the process for taking a cab to and from the tournament. Coastal Cab will have designated taxi stands outside the Davis Love Gate (at shuttle row) and outside the Fred Couples Gate near ATP Blvd. Fans should call Coastal Cab at 904-246-9999 for taxi service.
Disabled parking and shuttle
With a general parking pass purchased in advance, disabled spectator parking is located directly adjacent to the public entrance. Signs will be prominently located off of A1A and County Road 210 notifying spectators where to enter the disabled spectator parking area. Spectators who need to park in the disabled spectator parking areas should have a state-issued handicap sticker or pass on their vehicle.
Disabled guests wishing to view golf at #17 can take the disabled golf cart shuttle to that area from the parking lot. Disabled guests wishing to watch golf at #1 Tee or # 18 Green can take a disabled accessible van to Shuttle Row. From there, they may access #1 Tee and #18 Green seating areas from paved paths. Due to the need to limit golf cart traffic during the tournament, the shuttles will not be available to transport guests throughout the course.
Will call is located inside an office trailer off A1A south of the TPC Sawgrass in the Fresh Market parking lot.
