Published On: Mar 30 2013 10:58:12 PM EDT

Sunrise services and early egg hunts were on the cool side with early morning temperatures falling into the low 50's.  Coastal areas stay in the upper 50's for sunrise.

Overnight increasing clouds may linger past lunch.  Despite the clouds, afternoon temperatures soar into the upper 70's and low 80's.  Winds are light, out of the South between 7 and 12 mph.

A small chance for showers exists, after lunchtime- generally between Valdosta and Waycross. A passing shower or two is possible through 6:00pm.

April Fool's day brings significant chances for showers. Starting out mostly cloudy, with increasing showers and isolated thunderstorms expected.
