Winter storms warnings across most major southern cities

JACKSONVILLE, Fla -

Another gorgeous day for Jacksonville, but don't get too comfortable!  Massive ice/snowstorm just north of us has Winter Storm Watches in effect just west of Savannah, GA.

Starting off a little chilly this morning, warm sunshine will bring temperatures up rapidly into the 60's by lunch.  Clouds will send us a sign that things are about to change, but that won't happen until late today.  Expect highs into the low to mid-70s in NE FL, mid 60s in SE GA.

And then...

Once our temperatures peak today, they are likely to slide, and slide, and slide into Thursday morning.  Skies will clear late Thursday with our coldest morning expected Friday.
