JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – International Golf Parkway was closed Wednesday afternoon after a dump truck overturned, spilling its load of dirt.
The driver and passenger were taken to Baptist Medical Center South after the crash, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
