Neighborhood Crime Alert for Title
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A person who apparently jumped out of a moving pickup truck during an argument before dawn Saturday morning is in critical condition at UF Health Jacksonville.

Troopers say 21-year-old Scott Kelley was driving south on Blanding Boulevard and turned left onto Tanglewood in a 2001 Ford F-150 just before 3 a.m.  As the driver made the turn, 21-year-old Bailey Green opened the passenger door and jumped out of the moving vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped, according to troopers.

Troopers were told Green and Kelly were arguing prior to the incident.

The FHP says charges are pending.  The report also says alcohol was involved.
