US men's soccer to play Nigeria at EverBank Field

JACKSONVILLE -

The U.S. men's national team will square off against Nigeria on June 7 at EverBank Field as part of a sendoff for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

The U.S. will play Azerbaijan, Turkey and Nigeria in the sendoff series, with all three matches coming in 12 days.

The team faces Azerbaijan on May 27 at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. They square off against Turkey on June 1 at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J.

The team then flies to Jacksonville for five days before concluding the series against Nigeria.
