FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – A 71-year-old Palm Coast man died in a fiery crash Thursday morning after suffering an apparent medical episode, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
State troopers said Henry Cornish was heading westbound on Central Avenue at Brookhaven Way about 10:50 p.m. after leaving a medical appointment.

Troopers said he traveled onto the south shoulder of Central Avenue and into a woodline. They said his car's undercarriage struck a tree stump and the car caught fire.
Cornish died at the scene.
